MoonMonster Studios ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you play Space Control on the Meta Quest/Horizon platform. Unlike many apps, we believe in data minimization: we only process what is strictly necessary to make the game work.

2. Data We Collect (Meta Platform)

By using Space Control via the Meta Quest platform, certain information is processed to facilitate your experience:

Meta User ID (USER_ID): A unique string of numbers provided by Meta to identify your account. This is used for authentication, achievements and to save game progress.
Profile Information (USER_PROFILE): Your Oculus/Meta username for processing achievements.
Deep linking: For processing achievements.

We do not collect or store your real name, physical address, payment information, or precise GPS location.

3. How We Use Data

The data mentioned above is used strictly for:

Authenticating your session on the Meta Horizon platform.
Enabling core game features and progress tracking.
Ensuring technical stability and performance of the app.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

Universal Right to Deletion: We provide the right to request data deletion to all users worldwide, regardless of their location or local jurisdiction (exceeding requirements for GDPR and CCPA).

5. Children's Privacy

Space Control is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

6. Security and Retention

We do not maintain a permanent external database of your personal information. Most data is handled locally or via Meta’s secure infrastructure. We retain your Meta User ID only as long as necessary to provide game services or until you request deletion.
